Contact Gentle Light

Let’s Begin With a Gentle Conversation

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A conversation can help you name what feels uncertain, understand your options, and decide what kind of support may be most helpful.

What to Expect

Private Conversation

The first conversation is a chance to slow down and talk about what is happening now. You may be preparing for serious illness, considering hospice, already receiving hospice care, or supporting someone you love.

Amy will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help clarify what kind of education, guidance, advocacy, or presence may be useful. There is no pressure to make a decision during the first conversation.
